Incline Estimation
Mr. P is trying to invite Mr. Y on a hike. However, Mr. Y is the type of guy who prefers playing gacha games rather than going for a hike. He will only agree to a hike if it is easy enough. It is considered easy enough if the angle from his current location to the top of the hike is strictly less than 15 degrees.
Input
The input consists of a single line containing 2 integers: $D$ ($100 \leq D \leq 10\, 000$), which is the hike’s horizontal distance and $H$ ($100 \leq H \leq 10\, 000$), which is the hike’s height.

Output
Print Yes if Mr. Y will go on the hike, or No otherwise.
